$\beta =\frac{I_c}{I_b}$

collector current $I_c=\beta \times I_b$

$I_c=2000\mu A$

emitter current=$I_E$

$I_E=I_c+I_b$

$I_E=2000+20=2020\mu A=2.020mA$
