Charle's law suggests that the graph between V vs T would be a straight line. This line would pass through the origin if the x-axis has temperature in Kelvin. If the temperature is in degree Celsius, the line cuts the x-axis behind the origin - i.e. -273.15 degree celsius.

Also, V/T is a constant and would cause a straight line to be formed if V/T is plotted against T.
