The correct option is B y=13x+73
y is linearly dependent on x.
General form of a linear funciton is y=ax+b.

We know, f(x)=y.
f(x)=ax+b

Now substitute f(2)=3 and f(0)=73 to get the unknown constants.
For f(0)=73,x=0
73=a(0)+b
b=73
f(x)=ax+73

For f(2)=3,x=2
3=a(2)+73
2a=373=9373=23
a=13
f(x)=13x+73
3y=x+7
