Temperature, T1=127C=400 KT2=227C=500 K
Vrms,1=200 m/sVrms,2=?

For case - 1 Vrms,1=3RT1MVrms,1=200=3R×400M..(1)
For case - 2
Vrms,2=3R×500M...(2)
[Gas is same so molar mass M is same]

On dividing equation (2) by equation (1),
Vrms,2200=    3R×500M3R×400MVrms,2=52×200Vrms,2=1005 m/s
