Let l be the total length of the wire.

l=N(2πa)

a=l2πN

Where, N: number of turns,
a: radius of coil

So, magnetic dipole moment will be

M=NIA=NI(πa2)

M=NI(πl24π2N2)

M=Il24πN

For M to be maximum, N should be minimum. Here, the smallest possible value of N is N=1 as N must be an integer.

Mmax=Il24π
