The correct option is C 7.5 kHz
$\frac{f_{y}}{f_{x}} = \frac{5}{2}$

$f_{y} = 2.5 \times f_{x}$

$∴$ frequency of vertical voltage signal
$= 2.5 \times 3$
$= 7.5$ kHz
