The correct option is C $V_{av}=0$ but $u_{av}\ne 0$

Average velocity is $\text{Net displacement/net time}$ so in a round trip the $displacement=0$ so $V_{av}=0$ for round trip.

Average speed $v_{av}=\text{net distance/time}$ so $v_{av}$ can't be zero or $v_{av}\ne 0$ provided there is some motion. so $|V_{av}|\le v_{av}$

Option C is correct.
