In the P scale the freezing and boiling points of water are ${25}^{o}P$ and ${225}^{o}P$ respectively.

Comparing this with Celsius scale where freezing and boiling points of water are $0^{o}C$ and ${100}^{o}C$ respectively,

$\frac{P-25}{225-25}=\frac{25-0}{100}$

$\Rightarrow P={75}^o$

Thus ${25}^{o}C$ is equivalent to ${75}^{o}P$
