k=AeEa/RT
where,
k : Rate constant​
A : Arrhenius factor or frequency factor or pre-exponential factor​
Ea : Activation energy (in J/mol)​
R : Gas constant​
T : Temperature of reaction (in Kelvin(K))

When k1=k2

1015e2000/T=1014e1000/T
10=e1000/T e2000/T
10=e1000T+2000T
10=e1000/T
Taking ln on both sides
ln 10=1000T
2.303log10=1000T
T=10002.303

Hence, T=434.2 K
