Current\ I 1 is divided in two ways I 2 and I 3 at A and again merges with at B
PQ and ST are at same potential so no current flows through them.
$I_2=\frac{12}{6}=2A$ $I_3=\frac{12}{12}1A$
$\therefore I_1=I_2+I_3=3A$
$V_A-V_S=I_2(2+2)=2\times 4=8V$
$\Rightarrow V_S=V_A-8$
$V_A-V_O=I_3\times 4=3\times 4=12V$
$\Rightarrow V_O=V_A-12$
$\therefore V_S>V_O$
