Solution

Poultry:

It is the process of rearing avian species to produce eggs, meat, and feathers for the purpose of human benefit.

Fisheries:

The method of harvesting different kinds of fish in an artificial environment for commercial purposes to develop an enterprise is known as fisheries.

Bee-keeping:

Bee-keeping, also known as apiculture is the process of maintenance of man-made beehives for the purpose of honey harvest action.

The common precautions that can be taken to increase the production are:

  1. The farms used in the harvest action process should be duly cleaned.
  2. Hygienic conditions should be maintained around animals to prevent the spread of disease.
  3. The appropriate temperature should be maintained at the farm locations for the proper growth and functioning of animals.
  4. A healthy diet supplied with required nutrients should be fed to the reared animals.
  5. Special breeding techniques should be used, for example, cross-breeding between the species of desired characteristics should be done to obtain a hybrid with endurance and higher yield.
