The correct option is A 40 and 5000
Since both the nominal gain and the gain error are given, we must first determine the minimum op-amp gain we have
R1R2=4
1A0(1+R1R2)=0.1%

Thus, A0=5000
Since, the input impedance is approximately equal to R2 , We choose,

and R1 = 40 kΩ
