For the circuit shown below, the value of $V_{0}$ is ___ sin $ω t$ mV. (Assume thermal voltage $V_{T} = 26$ mV and cut in voltage $V_{γ} = 0.7 V$ , (capacitor is short circuited at signal frequency).

The correct option is A 0.24
$V_{0} = \frac{r_{d} | | 8.6 k}{r_{d} | | 8.6 k + 1 k} \times V_{i n}$

Where, $I_{d} = \frac{V_{T}}{I_{d c}}$

$I_{d c} = \frac{5 - 0.7}{8.6 k} = 0.5 m A$

$r_{d} = \frac{26}{0.5} = 52 Ω$

$∴$ $V_{0} = \frac{52 | | 8.6 k}{52 | | 8.6 k + 1 k} \times 5 s i n (ω t) m V$

$= 0.246 s i n ω t m V$
