The correct option is A10μC Applying KVL,
after connection let charge q flow through circuit as shown .
Now apply KVL in loop ( moving anticlockwise and taking potential drop as +ve) 100−q5×10−6F+50−q20×10−6F=0 ⇒4(100−q)+(50−q)=0 ⇒q=90×10−6C
So, charge on top plate of 5μC=(100−q)=(100−90)μC =10μC
