Slope of displacement-time graph at a point represents instantaneous velocity.
Velocity at t=1 sec is given by
v1=dxdt=tan θ=202 m/s
Velocity at t=4 sec is given by
v2=dxdt=tan θ=204 m/s
( direction gets reversed)
Ratio of magnitudes of velocities =v1v2=105=2:1
