Given,
axa+2ax2a=3ax3a
ax+2ax2=3ax3.

Multiply both sides by the LCM of the denominators, i.e. LCM of 2,3=6, we get,
6(ax)+3(2ax)=2(3ax)
6a6x+6a3x=6a2x ...[By Distribution Law]
12a9x=6a2x.

Transposing x terms to one side, we get,
12a6a=9x2x
7x=6a.

Hence, option C is correct.
