Let's simplify the given expression,

=4x(6n)+7x(4n)+5x(2n) [ aman=a(mn) ]

As we all know, for an expression to be polynomial, the exponents of variables must be whole numbers.

For the expression, 4x(6n)+7x(4n)+5x(2n) to be polynomial, the exponents (6n), (4n) and (2n) must belong to set of whole numbers.

For (6n), (4n) and (2n) to be whole numbers, n must be an integer.
