given Arithmetic progression (A.P) is

$\frac{1}{5},\frac{3}{5},\frac{5}{5},\frac{7}{5},........$

Hence the first term of the A.P is given by

$a_1=\frac{1}{5}$

And the common difference of an A.P is given by the difference of two successive terms .

$(i.e.,d=a_{n+1}-a_n)$

Hence by putting n=1 in above expression we get

$d=a_2-a_1$

$Put{a}_1=\frac{1}{5}and{a}_2=\frac{3}{5}$

$d=\left(\frac{3}{5}\right)-\left(\frac{1}{5}\right)$

$d=\left(\frac{3-1}{5}\right)$

$d=\frac{2}{5}$
