Solution

The correct option is B BDAC
The first statement in the sequence should be the one that best connects with (1). It should be a continuation or extension of (1).
B is first in the sequence: (1) talks about a region where the government levies heavy charges on entrepreneurs. B continues this point by adding that fifty kilometers away the charges are considerably less.
B is followed by D: D asks a question in wake of the point made by B. It asks that will one move to the said area that is fifty kilometers away.
D is followed by A: A tells us that the question asked in D is the one facing many French entrepreneurs.
A is followed by C: C explains about the topic discussed in D and A. It says that due to high taxes in France, many entrepreneurs are moving beyond Dover. It also connects perfectly with (6).
Thus, the correct sequence is B D A C. Hence, B is the correct option.
