Solution

The correct option is D ABDC
Sentence A follows (1) because the words "he did not like that ..." are a continuation of (1), moreover, "he" refers to Dinkoo.
Sentence B follows A because the words "especially hated Minkoo" are linked to the previous sentence: "he did not like that all his cousins were loved".
Sentence D follows B, because there is a reason given in D, for the sentence in B: "this was because ...Minkoo was the smartest" is the reason why "he ... hated Minkoo" ('this' refers to 'he hated Minkoo'). Hence D follows B.
Sentence C comes last, after D, because it is a specific incident that follows after the general statements, involving Dinkoo and Minkoo.
Also, the sixth sentence is the result of C: "This upset Dinkoo so much that... ."; 'this' refers to the incident, where Minkoo made Dinkoo look like a fool.
Hence the correct sequence is : ABDC and option D is correct.
Options A, B and C are incorrect because they do not contains the logical sequence of sentences.
