The given elementary reaction is,
2A(g)+B(g)Product
So the rate of the reaction will be,
r1=k[A]2[B]
Again, [A]=nAV
We know, PV=nRT
P=[A]RT
So the rate in terms of pressure will be
r1=k(PRT)2(PRT) (i)
Now, if the pressure is increased 3 times, then
r2=k(3PRT)2(3PRT) (ii)
Now, deviding (ii) by (i), we get
r2r1=27
Thus rate will be increased by 27 times
