Rearranging the data into ascending order, we get $2,2,3,3,4,4,4,5,6$

The total numbers of observations are equal to $9$, which is odd. Hence, $\frac{9+1}{2}=5^{th}$ term will be the median of the data.

Hence, the median is equal to $4$.

Step 2 : Finding the mode :

The data whose frequency is maximum is known as the mode of the data. So, $4$ occurs $3$ times which is a maximum occurrence than any other data hence, the mode of the data is $4$.

Step 3 : Finding the Mean :

Now, by using the relation between mean mode and median of a data,

$Mean=\frac{4+4}{2}=4$

Hence, the mean of the data is $3$.
