Sequence of transformation is from position 1 to position 3.

Here the position 1 is rotated to form position 2.

Reflection makes an image flip over a line to create the mirror image.


The figure in position 2 is flipped along the horizontal line to form the figure in position 3.

So, the figures shows a rotation followed by reflection along the horizontal line.
