We know that for a uniformly charged ring, the electric field along the axis at point P is given by,

Ex=kQr(r2+R2)3/2

Ex=2πkλRr(r2+R2)3/2 (Q=λ×2πR)

Ex=2×3.14×9×109×10×109×4×3(42+32)3/2
