The correct option is A Lines are parallel
Given lines are
$l_{1} : 2 x + 5 y = 7$
$l_{2} : 2 x + 5 y = 9$

Slope of line $l_{1} = m_{1} = - \frac{2}{5}$

slope of line $l_{2} = m_{2} = \frac{- 2}{5}$

Hence $m_{1} = m_{2}$

So given lines are paralleli.e. $l_{1} | | l_{2}$
