We know,

Rate, r=k[A]x[B]y ----- 1

As per the given condition,

4r=k(2[A])x[B]y ------ 2

2r=k[A]x(2[B])y ------ 3

Solving 1 and 2 equation we get, x=2

Solving 1 and 3 equation we get, y=1

So, order, n=x+y=2+1=3

Hence, the correct option is C
