The correct option is B 15.81 kN
Primary shear load in each rivet

PS1=102 = 5 kN


(Ps2) will be same for both rivet A and B, both are loaded with same shear force.

Secondary shear load,

Ps2=Plr21+r22×r1

=10×75(25)2+(25)2×25=15kN

R=P2s1+P2s2+2Ps1Ps2cosθ

=(5)2+(15)2+2×5×15×cos90

=15.87kN
