When μ1=μ2 all the beams will get passed through the medium. No reflection will take place. Sorry film I appears dark and it appears shiny grim the transmitted system. When μ1>μ2 neither reflection nor transmission takes place. When μ1<μ2 the beam get reflected in film I and no wave transmitted. When μ1μ2 there is a chance for reflection and refraction.
