$=\frac{1}{t}{\int }_0^{t_{on}}[\left(\frac{I_s}{t_{on}}\right)t\times (V_s-\frac{V_s}{t_{on}}t)]dt=\frac{V_s{I}_s}{6}{t}_{on}f$
