Let' s consider that one mole of A is getting converted into B and C.

Now let x moles of A get converted into B and (1-x) moles of A get converted into C.
We know that x1x=k1k2 - - - - - - - 1
Also E'(1) = E1(x)+E2(1-x)---------2

Using equation 1 and equation 2, the required relation can be easily deduced.
