Since, $2 a$ , $a + 10$ & $3 a + 2$ are in $A P$

Therefore,
$\Rightarrow 2 a + 3 a + 2 = 2 (a + 10)$
$\Rightarrow 5 a + 2 = 2 a + 20$
$\Rightarrow 3 a = 18 \Rightarrow a = 6$
