current through the conductor (i) =n×l×A×qt
where q is the charge of a carrier(electron) and t is the time taken by carrier to pass through conductor

i=n×vd×A×q .......(1)
so to obey ohm's law i=VR .....(2)
R=ρ×lA ......(3)
V=E×l ....(4)

substituting (2),(3),(4) in (1):
n×vd×A×q=E×Aρ
E=ρ×n×vd×q
