The correct option is C Silver
Concept:- variation of resistance of substances with respect to the temperature.
Resistance is directly proportional to the temperature in case of conductors where as in case of semiconductors resistance is inversely proportional to the temperature.
In the given question,i.e. decrease in resistance with decrease in temperature which is a case of variation in direct proportion. So all the conductors clearly satisfy the given condition
Out of the given options silver is a metal which is a conductor where as Germanium and silicon are semiconductors. Show in silver resistance decreases the decrease in temperature.
Hence the answer is silver.
