Let Velocity of rocket at (t=16 s) is vf.
Using Impulse(J) = change in momentum (ΔP)

As we know area under (F -t) graph gives change in momentum.

we have, m(vfvi)= Area under (F - t) graph from t=0 to t=16 s
mvf=(12×4×20+4×20+12×8×20) kN-s
1000vf=(12×4×20+4×20+12×8×20)×103 N-s
vf=200 m/s
