The correct option is C 4.89 m/s
Let final velocity after s=30 m is v2
Given initial velocity v1=2 m/s

According to work energy theorem
Net work done = Change in kinetic energy

Change in kinetic energy = Area under FS curve (till 30 m)
Area of tringle OAB Area of tringle BCD

=12×20×1012×10×10=50 J
12m(v22v21)=50 J
12×5×(v224)=50 J
v2=4.89 m/s

Hence option C is the right answer.
