Kelvin (K) and degree Celcius (0C) are units for measuring temperature.
Where, (0 0C) = (273 K)
Hence,
t C = t K 273
For beaker A:
t C = 300273 = 27 C

For beaker B:
20 C

For beaker C:
293 K = 293273 = 20 C

For beaker D:
0 K=0273 = 273 C
Thus, temperature of beakers B and C are same.
