Four bells ring at an interval of 6,8,12 and 20 min they ring together at 8 am what time will they ring together again

Solution

Here we have to find LCM(least common multiple) of 6, 8,12 and 20.
6= 2x3
8 = 2x2x2
12= 2x2x3
20=2x2x5
so LCM = 2x2x2x3x5=120
so after 120 minutes or 2 hours these four bells will ring together again.
8am and 2 hours = 10AM
so at 10AM these 4 rings will ring together again.
