all four bell ring together at 12pm
3 = 1*3
7 = 1*7
12 = 1*2*2*3
14 = 1*2*7
LCM of 3, 7, 12, 14 is,1*2*2*3*7 = 84(60+24)
so at (12.00pm + 60min + 24min) 1.24pm all four will ring together
