The correct option is A 10W
As all the bulbs are identical
P.D drop across each bulb will be equal
$\Rightarrow 4 \times P . D = 250 P = \frac{(250)^{2}}{R}$
$P . D = \frac{250}{4}$
Power in 1 bulb $= \frac{(P . D)^{2}}{R_{1}} = \frac{(250)^{2}}{16 \times R_{1}} = \frac{40}{16}$
Total power $= \frac{40}{16} \times 4 = 10 W$
