The correct option is A (iii) and (iv)
We know interference can be obtained by super position of the waves, which are

(1) Identical (same wavelength or frequency)

(2) Coherent (constant phase difference)

Based on these observations, wave (i) and (ii) have same frequency (ω) and constant phase difference (ϕ).

Also, wave (iii) and (iv) have same frequency (2ω) and constant phase difference (2ϕ).

So, interference can be observed by the combination of waves (i) and (ii) and the combination of waves (iii) and (iv).

Therefore, option (A) is correct.
