Part B of the sentence is grammatically incorrect because the preposition 'in' is used to indicate a location/place or for unspecific times during a day, month, season or year. 'In' has to be replaced with 'from' which is used to show somebody’s position or point of view. Hence option B is the correct answer.
Options A, C and D are incorrect because the rest of the underlined parts in the sentence are grammatically correct.
Option E is incorrect because there is an error in one of the underlined parts.
