The correct option is A $11.66$

Let A, B, C and D have got Rs. $a$, $b$, $c$ and $d$ respectively.

Then according to the problem,

$a+b+c+d=100$.........(1) and $a+b=c+d$........(2) and $c=\frac{d}{2}$........(3) and $a=d+5$........(4).

Using (2), (3) in (1) we get,

$\frac{3d}{2}=50$

or, $d=\frac{100}{3}=33.33\Rightarrow a=38.33,c=\frac{50}{3}$.

We have $a+b=c+d=50$

or, $a+b=50$

or, $b=50-38.33$

or, $b=11.66$
