Solution

The correct option is D 192
The four staff members work in the ratio 2:3:5:6
Assuming,

A) If the first one works for 30 hrs, then the rest of the people work for 45, 75 and 90 hrs respectively. Total number of hours for which the staff worked = 30 + 45+75 + 90 = 240 hrs

B) If the second one works for 30 hrs, then the rest of the people work for 20, 50 and 60 hrs respectively. Total number of hours for which the staff worked = 20 + 30+50 + 60 = 160 hrs

C) If the third one works for 30 hrs, then the rest of the people work for 12, 18 and 36 hrs respectively. Total number of hours for which the staff worked = 12 + 18+30 + 36 = 96 hrs

D) If the fourth one works for 30 hrs, then the rest of the people work for 10, 15 and 25 hrs respectively. Total number of hours for which the staff worked = 10 + 15+25 + 30 = 80 hrs

So, of the given options, option D of 192 hrs doesn't match with the given conditions.
