Whistle having the higher frequency produces higher pitch and that with lower frequency produces the lower pitch.
Thus whistle W produces lower pitch and Z produces higher pitch.
Human ear has an audible range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz i.e. human ear can hear sounds of frequency greater than 20 Hz and lower than 20 kHz. Thus sounds of higher and lower pitch are not audible to humans.
