The correct option is C Right to Freedom
The charter of rights in Part III (Article 12 to 35) of the Constitution of India protects the fundamental rights, the basic and civil liberties of the people of India. The articles 19, 20, 21A and 22 contain the provisions of the right to freedom. Article 19 (1)(b) provides that all citizens shall have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms. While Article 19 (1)(c) accords all citizens the right to form associations or unions or cooperative societies. Hence, Option A is correct. The rest of the rights do not enshrine this particular freedom of forming unions, hence, incorrect.
