It has feudal structure because here nobles and clergy were the privileged orders who were receiving much benefits from every sector they also were exempt from direct tax where as peasants, artisans, merchants, and professional men bear the burden of the taxes .The peasant suffered under the burden of out-of-date feudal dues.There was much inequality where the poor that is peasants suffered the most.
