Volume of tanker$=\pi r^{2}h=\pi (1.5{)}^2\times 7$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{9}{4}\times 7=\frac{99}{2}{m}^3$

$\Rightarrow$ Milk quantity$=\frac{99}{2}\times 1000=49.5\times {10}^3$ litres.

$\Rightarrow 49500$ polythenes can be filled.
