Probabilty of getting first card as red is $\frac{26}{52}$ as we have $26$ red cards in a deck.

Now probability of getting second card as red is $\frac{25}{51}$, as we have only $25$ of red cards left and the total number of cards are $51$ so total probabilty is: $\frac{26\times 25}{52\times 51}=\frac{650}{2652}=\frac{25}{102}$
