The correct option is B $173$ m
Let the height of the building be $x$ meters.
$∴ tan 60^{o} = \frac{x}{100}$

$x = 100 \sqrt{3}$ meters
$x = 100 \times 1.732 = 173.2$ meters
So, $x = 173$ m approximately.
