The correct option is D 60cm2
Tangent PQ and PR are perpendicular to OQ and OR respectively.
Hence both triangles POQ and PQR are right angled.
PQ= (OP)2(OQ)2
= (13)2(5)2
= 12 cm
Area of POQ=12×PQ×OQ
= 12×12×5
= 30cm2
Similarly, area of POR=12×PR×OR
= 12×12×5
= 30cm2
Area of quadrilateral PQOR= 30+30
= 60cm2
